All cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Noncompliance will result in a 50% of the reserved service amount cancellation fee, which will be charged at the time of re-booking. "NO SHOWS " will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the salon unless service is being preformed.

A 50% deposit is required for all weave installations. Payment must be made at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward the final invoice. All cancellations of weave installations must comply with the above 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
